Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is dispatched.
We deliver across India to all major cities, towns, and rural areas. Delivery to remote areas may take additional time. Enter your pincode at checkout to check availability and estimated delivery time.
We partner with trusted courier services including Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can track your order on our website under "Track Order" or directly on the courier partner's website.
Orders containing prescription medicines will be dispatched only after verification of the uploaded prescription. This may add 1–2 business days to the processing time.
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
