You may return most items within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Prescription medicines and opened products cannot be returned.
The following items cannot be returned: • Prescription medicines • Opened or used products • Products with broken seals • Perishable items • Items purchased during clearance sales
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. You can reach us via email, phone, or WhatsApp. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
